Statement:
Once I was imprisoned, I was forced to discover a different outlet for my creativity. If I had not, I believe I would have gone insane. So I have become an artist, pouring myself into drawings and paintings now as I once poured myself into my music. Art has become my love and passion.

Vita / Lebenslauf:
Yuri Kadamov, a Lithuanian citizen of Russian descent, was sentenced to death in 2007 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles. He is currently appealing his conviction and death sentence to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Yuri is imprisoned at the United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Yuri is a talented musician, but since his conviction and death sentence, he has turned his artistic talent to drawing and painting. This website is intended for Yuri to display his artwork, his music as well as his philosophy and ideas. Yuri is interested in collaboration with other artists and musicians as well as professional representation concerning his art. Currently, he has completed in excess of 350 pieces of art, thirty of which are intended for collaboration with other artists.
